🧾 Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • The package will be confirmed only after receiving a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost.

   • Balance amount must be paid before or on the day of departure.

2. Mode of Payment:

   • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.

3. Travel Documents:

   • Guests must carry valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) at all times.

🚗 Transportation Policy

1. Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary only (not for unlimited use).

2. The vehicle will operate strictly as per driver’s duty hours (6 AM – 8 PM).

3. Air-conditioning will not work in hilly areas.

4. Any additional sightseeing or detours requested by guests will be chargeable.

🏨 Hotel Policy

1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM (may vary by hotel).

2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and hotel policy.

3. Hotels provided will be of 3★ standard or equivalent, based on availability at the time of booking.

4. In case of non-availability, a similar category hotel will be arranged without prior notice.

🍽️ Meals Policy

1. Meals are provided as per the package plan (Breakfast & Dinner only).

2. Lunch, snacks, and beverages are not included unless specified.

3. Meals will be served at fixed times as per hotel schedule.

❄️ Weather & Road Conditions

1. The company is not responsible for delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, roadblocks, or traffic.

2. In case of natural calamities (landslides, heavy snowfall, etc.), additional charges for alternate transport/accommodation will be borne by the guest.

🧳 Cancellation Policy

1. 30 days before departure: 80% refund

2. 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

3. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

4. No refund for unused services or early departures during the tour.

🎢 Adventure Activities Disclaimer

1. All adventure activities (paragliding, skiing, ATV rides, ropeway, etc.) are optional and conducted by independent third-party vendors.

2. MakeEasyTrip is not liable for any injury, accident, or mishap during these activities.

3. Guests participate at their own risk and discretion.

🧭 General Terms

1. The company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to hotel or fuel rate revisions.

3. Guests are requested to maintain discipline, respect local customs, and follow instructions from the tour manager/driver.

4. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside vehicles.

5. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the local court where booking is made.
